Watford and Aide Boothroyd parted company today as he becomes the second Championship Manager to be sacked. Watford are sitting right out of the relegation zone only thanks to goal difference and lost over the weekend to Blackpool 4-3. Watford have been struggling all year in the Championship. They started off last year after getting instantly relegated from the EPL by opening up an 8 point lead in the Championship but slipped into the final playoff spot, then losing to Hull in the playoff semi-final. Watford started the season with talk of financial difficulties and there season never got better after that.  Shareholders also voted this morning giving the board a no confidence vote and demanding the resignation of all the board members. No names have been mentioned as to who will replace Boothroyd.
