    Kartik,

    Great interview!

Nick, your take on things is a breath of fresh air. Really liked learning about you and hearing your story. You have a new fan. Just listened to your Tuesday 8/27/13 show on ustream… I will most definitely be listening to more. Love the insight, and the show as a whole.

Finding a good (daily) football show is the proverbial needle in a haystack, but with your show I think one finally pricked my finger.

Well done, Nick. Well done, Kartik.

I used to be a ball-boy (way back when) for the amazingly awesome semi-pro club – - – (drum roll please) – - – - the Arizona Condors!!

Who the eff are the AZ Condors you might ask? Well, let me tell you: In January 1989, the amateur Arizona Condors entered the Western Soccer League as an expansion team. Playing their home games at Mesa Community College, the team finished the season at 5-11, but did place forward Mark Kerlin on the All Star team. In 1990, the WSL merged with the American Soccer League to form the fully professional American Professional Soccer League. The Condors finished the 1990 season at 5-15 and folded. Thanks, Wiki.

    Crowd goes wild! lolol

My point to saying that: Footy runs through my blood just a deep and crimson as the next hardcore fan. I’ve played on pitches across the states from age 3 – 33 at the traveling club level. So, a newcomer I am not. I’ve put in my dues chasing balls for crap semi-pro horrible atmosphere footy matches, and now it’s my time to sit back and listen to you.

Glad Kartik did this interview with you. Is there also a podcast version of your shows?

Thanks guys! Bravo to you both.

    -Kris
