Moments of Quality (EPL Talk Review Podcast)

Maybe snow makes everything look better, but this weekend of the EPL just looked nice. A genuine feeling that effort was put into these games wrapped and presented a beautiful weekend of football. Who deserved to come away from the weekend with a win? What will be the consequences? The pod dissect all the action at the top of the table.

The podcast feature two games, both of which took place on Sunday. Spurs – United and the London derby of Chelsea – Arsenal. There is still space for the other London derby and discussion about where Remy could have ended up and how he could change two teams this season.

The middle of the table is beginning to separate and some are hanging onto the idea that they can stay up. Too good to go down? There are a few teams in that category this season, the hope is that January won’t change the karma which has been building in the league.

Tweet of the week:

@futbolnico

@Morgan_Green @epltalk Best: Juan Mata – conductor of the pitch. Worst: Norwich City – being submissive. #LFC good, Norwich piss poor def.

Lovely. The pod also look at trivia, Greece, sacking and hair. What did you think of this snowy weekend? Let’s EPL Talk about it:

    Kartik, why is it you always bring up the offside drogba goal from two years ago and forget the macheda hand ball one in the same game?? If both those goals cancel out then chelsea still win 1-0, and chelsea still wins the title.
