International Tributes (EPL Talk Preview Podcast)

That was not an international break, but it was a nice time to watch football. Some beautiful stuff played in some consequential and inconsequential games. The consequence? Less time to prepare for the league. Benefit? The pod discuss that.

This doesn’t mean that the EPL stopped. If anything it carried on in the same way. We might see ramifications of these international games this weekend as some of the ‘Tip Top Four’ face opposition without so many international players. As many points divide the teams at the top, this shifts our gaze to the bottom of the league. Relegation embattled sides have a chance to climb.
