City vs United (EPL Talk Special Podcast)

It’s a Manchester Special. Need was say more?

The pod looks through the wreckage and what-the-heckage of tonight’s match. Mancini and his mind-games vs. Sir Alex and his team in flames. Or is it so bad?

  1. Clear opinion on this one that MU played not to lose instead of winning. City has athletic ability that MU can not keep up with. United will need to add talent in the off season to get the talent necessary to take on City next year.

Fergie I do not believe went out to earn the tie but knew he couldn’t open the game up. Was he trying to wait City out and hope to earn a counter attack score to earn a win. Let’s give him a bit of credit. City knew they had to be aggressive and were.

I for one think the next two week have a few more surprises left for the fans. Hang on for more fun.

Finally thanks for another great podcast.

  2. last night’s game was a culmination of the whole season. Key deficiencies in positions and the inability to stay focused. It’s not wonder why Man Utd has not stayed in contention for any of the cups and on the verge of losing out on winning the title.

Yes, there is much shoring up needed in the off season
