ONE World Sports will premiere A Bridge to Cuba, a documentary following NASL team New York Cosmos and their journey to Havana, Cuba, on Saturday, Nov. 7th. Seamus O’Brien, founder and chairman of ONE World Sports, also owns the Cosmos. The network traveled to Cuba alongside the team in order to telecast their friendly against the Cuban national team, capturing the first visit of a US professional sports team to Cuban soil since the US lifted its trade embargo in Dec. 2014. Dirk Kuyt’s kids have priceless reaction to Feyenoord return

A Dutch documentary will debut tonight in the Netherlands, and it includes footage of Dirk Kuyt from earlier this year when he revealed the news to his children that he was joining Feyenoord again. Kuyt gave each of his children a Feyenoord jersey of their own, and you have to sit back and watch what unfolds to see what it means to the former Liverpool attacker and his children. An incredibly talented artist, Nerea Palacios, has created concept jerseys for all current 20 MLS teams and included concept shirt designs for the two newest expansion teams — Miami and Atlanta as well. Palacios, a graphic artist based in Barcelona, combines minimalism and the team’s identities in a really interesting way that would not look out of place in a Nike showroom. Megan Rapinoe announces engagement on social media

In what is turning out to be a spectacular 2015 for U.S. Women’s National Team’s Megan Rapinoe, the midfielder announced her engagement to longtime girlfriend, Sera Cahoone, on her official Instagram account. After winning the 2015 Women’s World Cup in Canada last month, Rapinoe returned to Seattle, Washington with Cahoone who is an extremely talented singer-songwriter, the two have been together for several years. US Women’s National Team head coach Jill Ellis agrees to new multi-year contract extension

US Soccer and Jill Ellis have agreed to a new multi-year contract extension for an undisclosed length. Ellis was appointed head coach of the U.S. Women’s National Team in May 2014 and was given only five months to prepare for CONCACAF qualifications for the, then upcoming, 2015 Women’s World Cup in Canada. Drawn into the tournament’s “group of death” Ellis and her team seemed to struggle through the group stages of the tournament, but emerged first nonetheless.
