The Bundesliga’s biggest game of the season will be televised on the over-the-air FOX network this Saturday, but Borussia Dortmund against Bayern Munich will face stiff competition against Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United, which will kick off at the same time on the over-the-air NBC network.

The fact that two soccer games will be televised simultaneously on broadcast television in the United States is always a positive. It will, however, split the audience.

For the London derby between Spurs and West Ham, the match will give Tottenham an opportunity to catch up with Arsenal in the league after some inconsistent form of late from the Lilywhites. So far this season, Spurs are averaging 327,750 viewers for games shown live in the United States, so the club will undoubtedly receive a boost with more viewers this Saturday with the game being shown live on NBC.

Despite the aforementioned inconsistent form. Tottenham are the only remaining unbeaten team in the league, but have drawn four straight games. NBC Sports Group’s lead play-by-play commentator Arlo White calls the match, joined by analysts Lee Dixon and Graeme Le Saux at White Hart Lane.
