The vast majority of soccer leagues around the world took a break during the past 10 days, so international games were the focus. We’ve researched the World Cup qualifiers and international friendlies to bring you the TV viewing audiences for games that aired in the United States.

The highest viewership figures of the international break unsurprisingly go to Mexico’s two World Cup Qualifiers with the first earning nearly 1.8 million viewers across Telemundo, NBC Universo and both beIN SPORTS networks while the game against Honduras pulled in over 3.2 million across Univision, Univision Deportes and FOX Sports 1.

The third and final broadcast to break the one million mark was the United States’ second qualifier against Trinidad & Tobago as 1.289 million witnessed the United States qualify for the final round of CONCACAF World Cup Qualifying on UniMás, Univision Deportes and FOX Sports 1.

Also on beIN SPORTS, the lone African Cup of Nations Qualifier airing on television between Cote d’ Ivoire and Sierra Leone attracted 14,000 viewers.
