On behalf of the entire team at World Soccer Talk, we’d like to thank you — the readers and our followers — for 10 fantastic years at World Soccer Talk.

The site launched in November 2005, so what better time to celebrate our 10 year anniversary than during Thanksgiving week in the United States.

We’d like to thank each and every one of you for reading our articles, interacting in our comments, listening to our radio and podcast shows, as well as interacting with us on social media.

We’re already looking forward to the next 10 years of our soccer opinions and analysis. What started as a hobby in 2005 to form a community to discuss the Premier League from an American perspective has expanded into tens of hours of coverage on a daily basis of the world’s game.

We have lots of exciting plans to look forward to during the next several weeks to months including a trip to Germany this weekend to watch a Bundesliga game in person and to report back on the growth of the league there, as well as a Spanish-language version of our website. But rather than look too far ahead, we’d like to take the time now to thank you for your patronage and for supporting our advertisers (who, in turn, help us keep running).

Thank you for your loyalty, and may you and your family have a very Happy Thanksgiving!
