As thunderstorms moved in to the South Florida on Monday due to Hurricane Bertha, which was offshore in the Bahamas, some soccer fans were questioning whether the game would be played. And if so, whether fans would be able to make the difficult trek through flooded roads and torrential rain to the Sun Life Stadium.

Thankfully, the rain dissipated approximately 30-60 minutes before game time, and the match went on as scheduled in front of a crowd of more than 51,000 soccer fans.
