  1. Arlo never needs to come up for air does he? So full of himself. After such a great World Cup it’s back to Arlo and Gus and now Tim Howard.

  2. Easiest gig being a co-commentator with him. Chime in once every 10 minutes and get paid for 90. If Tim Howard is smart, he’d put in an ‘Arlo only’ clause in his contract.

  3. Zaha is playing for his Man United life. If he’d shown this urgency earlier, might have had a spot on the squad.

    1. Before tonight, Zaha was the only player not to get any playing time on the tour. Van Gaal wanted to send him a message that he needed to train harder and fight for a position. Let’s see if he can keep it up.

  4. Inter have been so negative andit’s a pre season game. They could at least try to attack.it’s not like this tournament is something you’ll brag about.
They’ve played most of their starters in both games and haven’t really given any youth players a chance.

  5. I was at the game and my keypoints are:

    1. Inter will struggle this season
    2. Icardi needs to buckle up
    3. Weird seeing United playing 3-5-2, it will take a while for the players to adapt
    4. The support for United in the DC area is very impressive
