The dream goes on for Costa Rica after defeating Greece on penalty kicks to advance to the quarter-finals of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

After ending the game at 1-1 after 90 minutes, the match seemed destined for penalty kicks. A tense 30-minutes of extra time didn’t result in a winner, so the match proceeded to penalty kicks where both teams knocked in their respective penalties with precision to show the Brazil and Chile players how to do it.

But against all the odds, Greece missed a penalty, while Costa Rica scored all five, which means the Ticos will play against Netherlands in the World Cup quarter-final.
