draft street world cup contest 600x391 Play in a 1 Day World Cup Fantasy League With DraftStreet

World Soccer Talk has teamed up with DraftStreet to bring you an exciting new way to enjoy each and every day of the World Cup.

Starting with this Saturdays’s games, DraftStreet is hosting one-day fantasy contests where you can win cash on every match during the tournament. The entry fees range from completely free to hundreds of dollars and you can play in head to head leagues or up against thousands of other World Cup fans. It’s all leading up to their massive $100,000 contest on June 26th where the winner will take home $20,000.

To get you started, here’s a special contest for all WST fans for this Saturday’s games (Argentina vs. Iran, Germany vs. Ghana, Nigeria vs. Bosnia-Herzegovina). The entry fee is just $5, with the top 30 teams all winning money. There’s a $1,500 total prize pool and a top prize of $375.

All you have to do is build a team of 8 players that have games that day (goalkeeper, 2 defenders, 2 midfielders, 2 forwards, 1 flex) while staying under the $100,000 salary cap. Then watch as your players rack up points based on how they perform in the games and help you take home the cash prizes. Once these leagues kick off, they’ll already have leagues available for the next match day which you can choose to join, or take the day off and wait until your favorite teams take the pitch. For complete rules and scoring details, head on over to DraftStreet.

As an added perk, if you sign up through World Soccer Talk and are a first time depositor, you’ll receive a 100% bonus, up to $200. So, what are you waiting for? Sign up at DraftStreet now and see if you can beat my team and maybe take home some cash.
