    Come on city

  2. Burnsey says:

No matter the slight contact, that is a dive.

  3. Burnsey says:

    Good…evens things up

  4. Burnsey says:

Are these commentators serious? That is a good yard offside. A soft penalty and an offside goal….

  5. Guy says:

Absolutely horrendous non-call on the 2nd goal.

    • scott says:

It was a hard call in real time it didn’t look like Dezko touched the ball. And in the end, the call doesn’t even matter.

      • scott says:

Just saw a reply I must not have been paying attention even in real time it was clearly offside. However, the call had no real effect on the outcome.

  6. Brian says:

Southampton are a joy to watch. Pochettino has done wonders and I can see him being in demand this summer from some of the bigger clubs.

City’s second goal was so far offside it has to rank as one of the worst calls this season.

  7. jtm371 says:

Good luck to your Lions today at City Ground.Everyone else has beaten Forest at home so your Boys have a 50/50 chance to nick a point.

    • Smokey Bacon says:

Thanks buddy, we need the points. How bad are your lot if we are 2-0 up? Can the clown keep us up?

      • jtm371 says:

Well done to your Lions Forest is $hit!thanks a lot you PO$ owner.another year lost to owner that knows nothing about football.why do i care.Definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over and thinking your going to get a different result see Forest fan.I am beat down.

  8. Christopher Harris says:

I’m surprised that NBCSN is showing Newcastle-Manchester United, in a match where there’s nothing much on the line for either club.

It would have been much better to show one of the relegation six pointers instead.

    • Guy says:

Those are my favorite matches at this time of year, but you know TV is always going to go with the big name rather than the big match, unless they happen to be one and the same.

    • Jeff says:

Best thing is this season, you had to the option to watch the game you wanted* instead of being ‘forced’ to watch the game picked by NBCSN.

      * As long as your friendly^ cable/satellite provider allows access to PL Extra Time or NBC Sports Live Extra
^ The use of ‘friendly’ is a joke, please don’t address your anger at the service you get to me!

  9. Smokey Bacon says:

What is going on at St James Park? Maybe the players are finally responding to Moyes. Mata looking like Mata. Kagawa all over the field. Hernandez looking like the class poacher he is. Of course, it helps if you are playing Newcastle who look ready to lay down and die.

  10. Hickorywind says:

Aston Villa – Fulham has been quite exciting over the last 20 minutes or so. 3 goals, and Lewis Holtby came about as close to scoring a goal as you possibly can, without actually scoring.

  11. Todd says:

That Januzaj goal is what we United fans have been wanting all season long. Beautiful buildup and clinical finishing!

  12. Smokey Bacon says:

Just goff the phone with Nostradamus. Chelsea 2 Stoke 0. Trust me.

  13. Iancransonsknees says:

Been out watching the National and swigging a few. Think we could give them a game but Chelsea should win. My old man’s had Chelsea 0 Stoke 2 so he’s giving Smokey 2 fingers cos he’s a bushwhacking gimp ;-)

  14. Iancransonsknees says:

Anyone want to praise Pulis today given the difference he’s made since your beloved clown Holloway left Place?

  15. Smokey Bacon says:

Chelsea’s bus is stuck in first gear. Stoke looking comfortable.

  16. Guy says:

Ah, well. We were never going to do too much at the Bridge.

    • scott says:

I’m not even bothering watching. I knew you guys didn’t stand a chance at the bridge, particularly after their showing this week in Paris. But take heart, your Potters are safe for another year.

  17. goisles01 says:

First Bayern loses in league, then Messi misses a penalty, then Fulham wins. Surely this would be the day Mourinho will lose at the bridge? guess not.
