  1. De Selby says:

Suddenly today for some reason the sound is about one second ahead of the picture on the TV broadcast. Very irritating.

  2. Jim says:

Hate it when the commentary and play are not synchronized. NBCSN should fix it.

  3. Christopher Harris says:

Brilliant goal by Eden Hazard for Chelsea, but what about that back heel by Ramires for an assist? Simply incredible.

  4. Christopher Harris says:

What’s everyone watching as their second match today in the 10am ET window?

I’ve got Spurs vs Palace on TV, and Cardiff vs West Ham on NBC Sports Live Extra. Relegation six pointer.

  5. Adam says:

Anybody else have Comcast and not have any of the Extra Time games? What the hell gives? I’ve had them before, for some reason nothing today.

  6. velocity_grl says:

    wtf was that!? (watching CP/Spurs)

  7. dano328 says:

Chamack should have taken that penalty. Spurs looking weak early.

  8. Smokey Bacon says:

Leeds obviously could not wait to get started on their partnership with the 49ers. They now know how many points for a touchdown.

  9. Aman says:

Just got U verse installed couple of days back. But none of other games are being shown live at this time in so called alt or overflow channels. Why? can someone tell me please. I signed up u verse for this very quality but looks like its a flop show.

  10. Christopher Harris says:

More bad news for West Ham United as defender Guy Demel is stretchered off the pitch. Looks like a very serious injury after awkward fall.

    • Aman says:

I called U verse , but they dun know what I am talking about. Any pointers in how to make them understand what I am talking about. Like a official uverse link showing they have those channels and they show EPL.

  11. Andre says:

Extremely sloppy play in the Spurs Palace game, from both sides. The penalty was awful but sooo many heavy touches, lazy runs, this is a bad game

  12. LaticsFan says:

Everton looking in good form today, playing some lovely football.

    • Jim says:

They’ve been doing this all season long. Martinez is my pick for Manager of the Year. They will definitely finish above Liverpool even with more limited resources because of their manager.

  13. Flyvanescence says:

My regards to Gareth Barry. Very underrated, class footballer. Served us well at Man City.

  14. Christopher Harris says:

Interesting incident in Cardiff-West Ham game where the goal line technology was used to indicate that the ball didn’t cross the line after hitting the bar.

Usually, the replay of the goal line technology is shown within 30 seconds of the incident but this one took a lot longer. When it was shown, it didn’t zoom in as it usually does because a split second after the ball hit the line from the crossbar, the ball was knocked into the back of the net after Frazier Campbell pushed the goalkeeper to score the goal (which was disallowed).

  15. Americano & Proud says:

Fulham Sunderland is a goal fest so far. Sunderland fighting for 3 badly.

    • Christopher Harris says:

Sunderland’s emphatic win coupled with West Ham winning away now makes the relegation zone even tighter than it was before. The gap has been closed.

  16. Christopher Harris says:

Things are getting worse for West Ham United as they lose another defender — this time James Tomkins who gets sent off. Down to 10 men with 15 mins to go.

  17. IanCransonsKnees says:

Looks like jtm’s tricky trees have let me down for £200. £5 on Everton, Burnley, Blackburn, Middlesbrough, Leyton Orient and Forest.

They’ve drawn with Bolton and all the others won. Bugger.

  18. scrumper says:

Tim Sherwood, errrr the wrong player’s going to Toronto. If Soldado starts now he could make it by March. The bloke hasn’t broken a sweat all season.

  19. Cantona says:

Really getting tired of Arlo’s nattering about everything… Shut up and commentate on what is going on, on the pitch…

Commentate!! Quit blethering about the daily mirror

    • Christopher Harris says:

I noticed that too. The first half commentary sounded more like a Manchester United talk show than a commentary of the game.

    • scrumper says:

Agree. It was great when Lee Dixon shut him down abut Fergies presence being such a factor.

      • Christopher Harris says:

Was that the same one, or a different one in the game, when Dixon said that was the longest question he was ever asked?

  20. Smokey Bacon says:

My local NBC channel decided to show basketball today instead of the United game, w*nkers!

Please NBC stop this nonsense. Either force these scumbag affiliates to show the game or don’t bother. My own preference is to keep the games in NBCSN.

    • Flyvanescence says:

I disagree. I dont have cable so this is the easiest way for me to watch games.

    • Aaron says:

How do you propose they “force” affiliates to air matches?

      • Smokey Bacon says:

Oh I don’t know. Take away all their network programming. A few missed episodes of The Voice and there would be uninterrupted EPL.

        • Flyvanescence says:

The Voice is a joke anymore (it used to actually be really good) and i think audiences are catching on. Dont they have anything else that people watch?

Although Shakiras back this coming season so i might give it another shot.

  21. NashRambler says:

Local NBC affiliate WNYT was not showing Manchester United vs. Swansea yesterday because of special Basketball, Cosby and Tom for the kids.
