Japan World Cup Home Shirt For Brazil 2014: Leaked [PHOTOS]

Photographs of Japan’s World Cup home shirt for Brazil 2014 have been leaked on the Internet. And out of all of the World Cup shirts that have been leaked or announced thus far, this is my favorite design hands-down.

Japan will be wearing blue as their home color in World Cup 2014. No surprise there. But the amount of detail added to this shirt is impeccable. The Japanese rising sun motif that’s screened in the background of the chest, with the center of the rising sun motif drawing the eye to the Japan Football Association crest is marvelous.

So too is the classy placement of the Japanese flag above the crest, the red cuffs and the three classic adidas stripes, in white, down the sleeves.

But while the front of the shirt is bold and impressive, the back of the shirt is avant-garde with a beautiful splash of red and white colors over the shoulders of the shirt, to zero in on the creativity that the Japanese national team exudes.

The shirt design is an A+ in my book.

Here are leaked photographs of 2014 shirts for ColombiaPortugalHolland and USA.
