  1. Peter Quinn says:

Is anyone having “buffering issues” with NBC Sports Live Extra?

I’ve had two good freezes, about a minute long each.

    • Ken says:

Terrible app, lowest ratings and yet they do nothing about it.

      • Peter Quinn says:

Yea. I’ve really had issues the past three weeks. I have to close out everything and hope.

It buffers like crazy if anything else is running.

  2. Adam Heap says:

Swansea have been poor so far, Southampton looking the business.

  3. Gary says:

Southampton are up for it this season. Good win against a Swaea side that looked tired. Those Thursday Europa league games take their toll especially if you don’t have a big squad. Southampton are now 4th in the table.

Chelsea had to work hard for their win. The score flattered them. If Tetley hadn’t messed up for the Hazard goal this could have been a draw easily.

Looking forward to West Brom vs Arsenal. Let’s hope they don’t disappoint. Spurs should dispose of West Ham easily but it is a London derby and these games always have twists and turns.

  4. Sacto Blues says:

The s*%t from Spurs they bought his flight but Willian saw the light He got a call from Abramovich and off he went to Stamford Bridge. He Hate Tottenham ! He hates Tottenham ! cracking goal from Willian. LOL

    • Georgie says:

Chelsea were lucky Norwich didn’t score when Willian failed to track his man. That’s been recurring theme with Chelsea midfield. Tons of attacking talent but none of them is willing to track back and defend.

  5. Smokey Bacon says:

West Brom holding their own in the battle of the silly socks. Good game.

  6. Smokey Bacon says:

Jack wilshire is playing like he’s a two packs a day man.

  7. Peter Quinn says:

    West Ham lead, 1-0.

    Reid…66th minute.

  8. Peter Quinn says:

    Make it 2-0.

Vaz Te scored. His first shot was saved and came right back to him.

  9. Peter Quinn says:

    3-0.

    Morrison.

    This league is ridiculous. Haha.

    • Peter says:

Did anyone see Vertonghen go for the shorts again on that third goal? What’s his deal with pants?

  10. jtm371 says:

that top knot for Bender is real cute nice look Bender.

  11. Dust says:

To say we’ve been poor in the second have is an understatement…

    Defoe, Townsend, Dawson, so poor.

Playing them was a mistake, let the inquest begin…not excuses just very poor second half defensively…embarrassing result…..

    Onwards and upwards

    • jtm371 says:

5 points lost at the Lane in last 2 matches not good.

    • Dust says:

What’s worse is it’s another 2 weeks before we can move on.

Anyone still wanting Defoe to start needs their head examined.

£90m on the bench, so Woy can see the awful English players we have be awful.

Defoe, Townsend, Dawson what a waste.

      • Georgie says:

Are you saying that after all summer spending Spurs are still paper thin on quality? That they cannot beat West Ham with few second choice players on the field? Do you expect to play first team starters in every game through entire EPL season?

        • gbewing says:

he’s as fair weather as it gets

        • Dust says:

I’m saying we had better players available to use, the reason those players were bought was because the ones used today that I mentioned are not good enough fit the BPL.

You and gbewing should exchange numbers and procreate.

Clearly as clueless as each other.

          • gbewing says:

or after your ignorant blather on the Liverpool thread you got a handful of humility thrown in your face-narcissism is ugly when exposed

going from 1 extreme “We’re the best team in EPL everyone else is a joke” to “get rid of ____” shows how fickle you are
Before this game we had the best defense in EPL with Dawson in every game- now he’s solely to blame

Defoe -who had a terrible game- has always done well vs W Ham and is in form. I wouldn’t have started him but it’s justifiable

Lennon is hurt and Lamela is adusting to England and did less than Townsend today. Why others escape your simplified blame game is beyond me but maybe dusty just maybe they had a bad game- and being the spurs

and be nicer to people- then the blowback won’t be so harsh when the evitable happens

          • Dust says:

“going from 1 extreme “We’re the best team in EPL everyone else is a joke” to “get rid of ____” shows how fickle you are”

            gbewing you are delusional.

the blather you’ve written is clearly a leak from your psychosis.

We had a great defensive record in-spite of Dawson & Naughton.

I’ve found Dawson inadequate for the last 5 years and stated so many times, how is that fair-weather or going from one extreme to the other.

You have no idea what you are talking about and your observations on the game are child like.

i say like b/c there are plenty of children out there with a greater understanding of the game…

example A being your claim of Defore being in form…lol

            in form against who?

BPL teams or Scrubs in the early rounds of the europa league and capitol one cup?

What I said on the LFC joke of an article is still relevant in-spite of the embarrassing Spurs performance.

I don’t borrow my opinions from ill informed red tops..

you write as crazy as a guy called Matthew that wrote a story on here once that got trashed by everyone for its ridiculousness…its not you is it?

            two things…
            ready….

            Ssshhhh

            and

            Go Away

  12. Smokey Bacon says:

Great game. Mulumbo superb for the brummies. If it wasn’t for Agent Anelka then West Brom would be 2-1 up.

These are the games Arsenal have to win if they want to be serious contenders. Expect there will be fewer bandwagon articles on here this week.

    • Flyvanescence says:

Thats why i think Chelsea will win the league. Theyr starting to click and weathered the early storm without losing much ground.

Man City apparently think they can still win playing 4-4-2. It only works against inferior competition at home.

    • Georgie says:

Actually not a bad away result for Gunners against excellent WBA side. After all this is supposedly paper thin Arsenal but they are still holding together despite their injury problems.
