Interview With Robbie Mustoe, NBC Sports Analyst (Voices of Soccer)

robbie mustoe 600x399 Interview With Robbie Mustoe, NBC Sports Analyst (Voices of Soccer)

World Soccer Talk had a chance to catch up this week with NBC Sports analyst Robbie Mustoe.

Along with Rebecca Lowe, Robbie Earle and Kyle Martino, Mustoe is a valuable asset to NBC’s coverage of the Premier League on US television. A former player and coach, Mustoe brings a wealth of experience to his insight and analysis.

During the interview conducted by Kartik Krishnaiyer, Mustoe discusses several interesting topics including how the knowledge of the game is different in the United States compared to the United Kingdom and what he did to prepare for the Premier League coverage this season. Plus, Mustoe adds an interesting first-hand perspective about how the influence of foreign footballers changed the Premier League.

Hosted by Krishnaiyer, Voices Of Soccer is a new weekly program that will feature exclusive interviews with remarkable people from the world of soccer. In addition to Voices of Soccer, World Soccer Talk recently launched This Week In Soccer, a weekly discussion show and a mini-documentary about one of the most historic soccer clubs in US history. Plus, the EPL Talk Podcast from World Soccer Talk is released weekly, which offers insight and analysis on the world’s most popular sports league.

If you enjoy the above video interview, be sure to watch our behind-the-scenes tour of NBC’s Premier League studio, as well as to listen to an interview with NBC Sports Coordinating Producer Pierre Moossa.
