Only three years after being relegated from the Premier League, Portsmouth still owe more than £6.7million to former Pompey players.
Portsmouth, who are now in League Two and are owned by the club’s supporters, still have massive debts to pay off to former players including £1,633,333 that’s owed to defender Tal Ben Haim.
The long list of players still owed money also include David James, Kanu, David Nugent, Benjani, Luke Varney and Dave Kitson.
It makes you wonder how much of a detrimental impact Harry Redknapp had on Portsmouth, almost putting them completely out of business.
