07:43am — The Football League and YouTube launch new partnership.

07:41am — Gareth Bale has arrived in Madrid and will be presented to the fans at the Bernabéu today at 7am ET. Thanks for the last minute notice Real Madrid!

07:36am — Arsenal go cold on Newcastle United talisman Yohan Cabaye.

07:35am — This is not a transfer-related story, obviously, but we’ll be sharing other news with you today from the soccer world. This one is a sickening one, if true: Hillsborough: police kept money found among the dead.

07:26am — ESPN UK is reporting today that Southampton missed out on approximately £20million in transfer revenue due to them by Gareth Bale being sold to Real Madrid because Southampton cashed out ~£3million a few years ago when they were in financial difficulties.

07:25am — Liverpool have completed the signing of Tiago Ilori from Sporting Lisbon.

07:24am — It’s official. Kaka has rejoined AC Milan from Real Madrid.

07:23am — Spanish newspaper Marca is reporting that Arsenal have a 50million euros deal with Real Madrid for Mesut Ozil, but Ozil will not leave Real Madrid.

07:22amLiverpool have signed Mamadou Sakho:

07:21amMesut Ozil wants to move to Manchester United:

07:20amManchester United are not in for Mesut Ozil today, but they are in for two different players:

07:19amLiverpool make a new loan signing official:

07:17am — West Brom have £3.5m Anichebe bid turned down by Everton, according to The Daily Mail newspaper.

07:12am — Expect a day of conflicting transfer speculation as different news sources report different stories. The first of the day is the transfer rumor of Mesut Ozil to Arsenal. Right now, it looks like it’s on:

07:00am — My day starts as the sun rises in South Florida. Working on looking at all of the news sources today to bring you all the news.
