Belgium winger Nacer Chadli officially joined Tottenham Hotspur today after agreeing personal terms and passing a medical. The transfer fee is reportedly £7million.

Chadli’s first appearance for the Lilywhites will be August 3 when Tottenham Hotspur plays Monaco in a friendly at the Stade Louis II in Monaco.

Nacer Chadli was signed from FC Twente in the Eredivisie, where he made 84 league appearances for the club and scored 25 goals. Chadli has also represented Belgium 14 times and has scored two goals for his national team.

    This could be the steal of the summer, he looks like he gets a lot his goals cutting in from the left on his right foot or finding space behind the striker.

    With Bale doing the same from the right wing, and hopefully Soldado through the middle Spurs should carry a real goal threat, Paulinho looks to know where the net is too.

      Agreed. I think Chadli is thrilled to be with Spurs and is going to work very well into AVB’s offense.
