Birmingham City Home Shirt for 2013-14 Season: Official [PHOTOS]

Birmingham City have launched their new home shirt for the 2013-14 season.

According to the club, “The boys in blue will be wearing a modern version of the classic 1970s penguin kit. The original ‘penguin’ was a simple design with the royal blue shirt emblazoned with a broad white stripe down the centre. It was first introduced for the 1971/72 season and was retained in its original style for four more seasons.”

  1. I gotta say this “New Shirt” stuff is ruining my use of the site (since I use an RSS feed). It just seems to have got out of control. Isn’t there a way to put it on some kind of sidetracks. or something.

    1. It’s the time of the year when news is slow and all of the clubs are releasing their new shirts. I’m balancing out the articles about new shirts with other articles. Plus, the posts about new shirts are quite popular.

    2. I disagree I quite like seeing all the new kits. I think its quite cool to see all the different designs that clubs are wearing these days. But thats just me personally.
