AZ Alkmaar striker Jozy Altidore says he would consider a return to the Premier League to play top flight soccer in Britain.

The former Hull City striker is a hot property in the European transfer market with Sunderland and other clubs interested in signing the 23-year-old American.

Altidore, who scored 31 times for AZ Alkmaar in all competitions last season, considers his time at Hull as a learning experience at a young age, and is looking forward to the prospect of perhaps playing in England again:

“It is a fantastic league, anyone will tell you that. If you look at everything, the Premier League is probably the biggest league in the world. Everybody knows that and it would be a pleasure to play in a league like that again.”

Who do you think Altidore should sign for, if not Sunderland? Should he stay at AZ Alkmaar or play at a different club in England or Wales where he can fight for a starting spot? Give us your opinion in the comments section below.
