West Ham United unveiled their new home kit for the 2013-14 season recently.

Designed by adidas, the new Hammers home shirt evokes memories of retro adidas designs with the old-fashioned collar, three stripes down the sleeve and simple-yet-effective design.

Overall, it’s a great design that’s far better than West Ham United jerseys from the last decade.

Here’s a photograph of West Ham United’s new signing Andy Carroll wearing the kit:

Good stuff. Well done, Irons. Between this and the new Albion away, Adidas is starting to redeem itself a bit this year.
