Liverpool Third Shirt for 2013-14 Season: New Leaked [PHOTO]

A new photo of Liverpool’s third shirt for the 2013-14 season has been leaked on the Internet.

While Liverpool’s away shirt for next season is an embarrassment, some argue that the third shirt is even worse. Liverpool’s third shirt reminds me of something a court jester would wear. The only thing missing is a goofy hat.

Warrior Sports produced a wonderful home shirt last season for Liverpool. And next season’s is a classic too. But their true colors (or lack of understanding of the game) are coming out in these away and third shirt designs.

What are your thoughts about Liverpool’s new third shirt for next season? Does anyone like it?

I honestly have no idea what Warrior is thinking. Their second and third kits the last two years have been simply bizarre (admittedly I don’t mind last year’s third one so much, but for sentimental reasons rather than football reasons).

Ostensibly, the point of producing three kits (instead of just two) and redoing all of them every year is to move more merchandise. But Warrior is coming out with second and third shirts that Liverpool fans can’t stand. I can’t imagine they’re selling many versions of anything other than the home shirt, which means they’re doing little but wasting their own time and money.

EXACTLY. No one is being this stuff, or will be buying this stuff. They paid the highest amount on record at the time (I believe) for a huge brand… and all they’ve done in that time is sh*t the bed royally.

  2. jtm371 says:

AWFUL could be the worst third jersey for the upcoming season.hideous comical you fill in the blank.look on the bright side LFC fans you only have to buy the home shirt.

  3. stey says:

All Warrior had to do was produce an away kit with inverted colours of the home strip, red trim on white – Liverpool’s home kit last season and this coming season is the best in the Prem.

  4. tuki says:

I don’t really hate the away kit, but the third kit is just woeful. that said, I still wouldn’t buy any of it.

  5. Dean Stell says:

The funniest thing I’ve seen said about it was some dude on Twitter who said it looks like something Garth Brooks would have worn in concern in about 1992.

  6. Marc L says:

Haven’t our red scouse friends suffered enough? Good grief.

I never thought I’d say this, but Nike is clearly NOT in the lead for “most generally crap shirt designs” this year. Warrior has to be #1 just for the 2 LFC bits of madness. With Adidas in close pursuit with that dreadful “winged” template they are sticking people with.

  7. brn442 says:

As I suspected, it looks slightly better on the players.

    It is still god awful.

As stey said – all Warrior had to do was reverse the colours of last year and this year’s home shirts. Shame.

  8. Casey G says:

like i said in the previous entry about this shirt a few weeks ago…
it “looks like the flag of some provincial island of an unknown country” we need to ditch Warrior ASAP, these designs are getting absolutely useless.

  9. Meg Ahrens says:

Just embarrassing. Not sure how the lads can wear these kits with a straight face. No need to buy any gear this year!

  10. Muhammad Nasuri says:

No one sell this jersey.. It is so cheap looking..they better sack the designer.. No point keeping someone who is tasteless. U can check the internet for better designer that design our kits.
