Manchester City supporters have returned the favor after Roberto Mancini bought an ad in a local newspaper to thank his supporters. The City fans spent $10,500 to buy an ad, written in Italian, in the newspaper La Gazzetta Dello Sport, that reads “Thank you Mancini; Once a blue, always a blue; Manchester City Supporters.”

It’s a class act by City supporters who were sad to see the Italian manager leave the club after he brought them success in the Premier League, Community Shield and FA Cup during his stint at Manchester City.
