BBC’s TV program Panorama has viewed never before broadcast footage of the Hillsborough Disaster, and has shown that – despite the coroner’s ruling that all those who died that day had been beyond help by 3:15pm – crucial evidence has been found that an off-duty police officer tried to revive a dying boy who was still alive after 3:30pm.
