Today is the final day of voting for the 5th Annual EPL Awards, to to recognize the best of the 2012-13 Premier League season including everything from footballers, managers, podcasts, books, websites, video networks and much more.

Polls close tonight (Monday, May 20) at midnight ET (5am BST). The winners will be announced tomorrow on EPL Talk.
