  1. he’d be a great signing for Swans. Spurs need to scoop him up though, esp if they make the UCL so they have a deeper squad.

  2. If Swansea signed him it would be a big coup. He is highly rated. The fact that Swansea can offer him Europa League football is a plus. Playing for Laudrup is also something that some players might find attractive as well.

  3. Well, that was fast. Michael Laudrup mentioned in his press conference this morning that Negredo is out of Swansea’s price range.

    1. Just sell Williams to Liverpool for 30 million (they paid 15 million for Allen) and you have money for Negredo and another center back.

Swansea can always rely on Liverpool to overpay and they will have the money as Suarez will be sold for well over 30 million.

      1. I know you’re saying that in tongue-and-cheek, but two things about Swansea – They don’t pay large transfer fees.. their record transfer fee was £8 million. And two, they don’t pay huge salaries. Out of all of the teams in the EPL, Swansea pay their players the lowest wages.

Sevilla would have to sacrifice if they wanted Negredo to sign for Swansea.
