Leeds United have unveiled their new home kit for the 2013-14 season.

With new manager Brian McDermott now in charge of Leeds, the team will be wearing a new kit next season designed by Macron, an Italian company. The design is quite a different one for the Elland Road club, with a blue vertical line running down the front of the jersey.

While it’s a unique design, the first thing that comes to mind when I look at it is how it looks like an old away jersey for the now defunct Miami Fusion.

Leeds United are one of those clubs that most football supporters either love or hate. Personally speaking, I miss them in the Premier League. They’re a big club with a massive worldwide support that will make it back into the top flight one day. But until then, they’ll keep on trying and trying to return to the promised land.
