6:04pm: Arsenal have confirmed that they’ve finalized the deal for left back Nacho Monreal from Malaga.

5:45pm: Nacho Monreal has agreed personal terms, so it’s just a matter of 15 minutes for Arsenal to finalize the deal.

4:01pm: Left back Nacho Monreal has agreed a deal with Arsenal to join the North London club. Personal terms are being discussed.

3:06pm: Mohamed Diame expected to remain at West Ham despite interest from Arsenal and Tottenham

1:12pm: Nacho Monreal, the Malaga and Spain left-back, has travelled to London to complete a €10 million move to Arsenal (AS)

Aston Villa

4:47pm: Villa are close to finalizing a loan deal to bring Simon Dawkins to Villa Park (Several sources)

2:45pm: The club is looking to do a loan deal with a promising player who has recently done well in MLS (Aston Villa FC)

2:18pm: Leeds United has completed the signing of Stephen Warnock from Aston Villa.

11:03am: Aston Villa has signed Yacouba Sylla on a 3-year deal.
