Warm in Stoke today. 6 inches of snow dumped from the sky by 12am last night, had me worried the match would be off but the roads are moving and there should be little issue. Not sure if the Man City fans will all get here though.
Man City have matched Stoke in size with the team hey’re putting out. Realistically n form they should beat us, I can see a draw today and the obligatory 3-0 defeat at Eastlands.
I’m not going today, to busy with an assignment due in on Wednesday so I can’t afford the time. I’ll be listening to it with Ray Parlour on Talksport. He’s notg that big a muppet for an ex-gooner.
Odds on Mancini’s got his scarf on. I reckon he’ll get clobbered by snowballs from teh Stoke fans.
Watching in the States this morning. So hoping that Stoke can win this one.

Best atmosphere at a match I’ve been to. I was that pumped up afterwards I bowled over to Sheikh Mansour and his minders on the car park and gave him a mouthful about buying a club but not understanding teamwork.
Sheikh Mansour has only been to one match and that was definitely wasn’t Stoke, your mouthful was probably directed at a some random strangers!
Oh and I can think of a goal that blows those out the water…. Yaya! Lol
Youre ight there Why? it was Khadoon Al Mubarak. He was wih the obnxious prick Garry Cook at the time, walking back to a big Mercedes. I have to say at the time it was particularly satisfying given we were battling to stay in the league in our first season and everyone had written us off.
Yaya is our nemesis.
Good match so far between Stoke and Manchester City. Both teams creating plenty of chances. Man City is doing exceedingly well at passing the ball around the Stoke players. Lots of gaps opening up at the back. It’s only a matter of time before MCFC scores.

I thought Garcia needed life support when he went down like that. Then jumps up and sprints like Usain Bolt, cheating prick.
That tackle by Whelan, in fact it wasn’t even a tackle that was a purposeful attempt to injure as two footed stamps can’t play a ball, there is mo excuse for that. This is the kind of thing Stokes bad name comes from. If he isn’t punished after the fact that’s wrong as the F.A need sacking.

Please don’t refer to that as a tackle it was pure thuggery. A tackle is a attempt to play the ball, that was an attempt to injure something thankfully isn’t seen that much any more.
The match was listed for hd on directv guide, yet it isn’t being shown. What’s up with that?

Smokey Bacon, I’m embarrassed to say but I totally forgot there even was a FA Cup match yesterday until about 10 minutes before the match ended. I don’t think the match was on television or Internet in the States, though.

Getting three points at Stoke? I literally cannot remember that happening. 1-1, 1-1, 1-1, 1-1, 0-1 going back to ’08 and then I think the clubs were in different divisions most of the ten years previous.
Just love that Zabba! Rescues a match of generally good play but persistent failure to get that last ball right.
VK’s calf injury hopefully not too bad, and did not appear to lose anyone else to Stoke’s characteristic violent thuggishness. (Oh, Stoke, you know I like you. The violent thuggishness is part of your charm.)
Plus at least one Cup loss down there that I can think of over the last five years. That place is a nightmare for City.
Vincent Kompany went off, and is out for 2 games with a calf strain. How that muscle injury was caused by Stoke I’m unsure. More likely playing at less than a 100% fitness in the temperatures we’re having over here at the minute.

Good segment on Match Day about how the “ball boy” is a muppet and how Hazard shouldn’t get a ban longer than Terry but probably will. Oh, and how nothing will happen to the kid because his daddy is one of the owners of Swansea.
Should be a great second half between Brighton-Arsenal.
Andre Santos is appalling once again. Why does Wenger continue to give these players chances to pull on the Gunners shirt when they’re obviously out of their depth? Wenger would be better off giving an Arsenal youngster a chance — someone who is hungry to play for the club.

Congratulations to Luton Town and MK Dons at a couple of massive wins today against Premier League opposition.
Good performance by Brighton today, too, but an even better one for Arsenal up front.

Giroud was great today, but I’m very worried about the defence without Vermaelen.
Brighton played very well. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them at Wembley in the playoff final, though they do have a little catching up to do at the moment.
By the sounds of yesterdays little tantrum Newcastle have signed all the players Arsene was scouting Jack.
It’s appears so IanCransonsKnees because his rant was inexplicable.
Wenger misses the days when he had the pick of the French League.

88 minutes is still a lot of time. Half time right now though.
It’s very rare that I’ll stop watching a match especially when it involves EPL teams, but I can’t watch this Man United-Fulham game any longer. Martin Jol’s side is just terrible.
