Bild say Manchester United are Closing in on Robert Lewandowski After “Mega Offer”: The Daily EPL

Bild magazine in Germany is reporting that Manchester United are closing in on signing Polish striker Robert Lewandowski after tabling a “mega offer.” Ferguson has already said that United won’t be signing anyone in the January transfer window, so whether the story is true or not remains to be seen. A summer transfer signing seems more plausible.

  1. i hope Forest will hire Keene over Alex McLeish or RDM. 2 or 3 signings and make push for promotion.I still think Billy did a good job with the lack of money and talent he i said before 4 gaffers in 18 months not good for stability.

      1. LOL.. I know they are awful..but I think in the next 2 weeks, the others will pick it up…. I thought it was interesting as I still believe Abramovich wishes he had just stuck with AVB.

      1. And the Kuwaiti chairman said they were speaking to a ‘PL’ manager. I’m not sure that’s really what they aspire to and as coaching styles go you can’t get much more diametrically opposed.

        1. Ian
what a cluster uck very depressing for the fans to get a clown like McLeish.if Billy would have been able to spend thay would have been i said i need a double malt!

  2. maybe i should not come home last two nights O’Driscoll is sacked were seating 8th 1 point out of playoff/last year fighting not to get relegated.come home tonight and find out new gaffer is McLeish what a joke at least Keane got Sunderland promoted.Like all Forest fans all we have is our history and no hope for the future.

  3. The situation at Real Madrid and Ronaldo is very intriguing. Are the Glazers able to exploit the turmoil and find some way to bring him back? No way does he go to Man City or Chelsea, no matter how much they offer him. So Ronaldo goes back to Man Utd to deliver one more champions league before Fergie calls it day. Could happen.

      1. A secondary share offering would easily supply the financing to make it happen. So it’s not totally out of the question. Remember where you heard it first!
