Ashley Cole, in a moment of immaturity, posted his tweet on Friday morning, calling the FA a bunch of twats. And now he’s set to pay the price with fines from Chelsea and possibly England, as well as exclusion from England’s upcoming World Cup qualifier against San Marino.

    Ashley cole isn’t picked for San Marino…oooohhh i’m sure he will be really missed against a side that has won 1 game in 113 played and conceded 467 goals, 13 of which england has scored in just 2 games against them.

    It’s a cosmetic ban to ease the critic’s and those unhappy with the JT verdict, The FA are so dysfunctional, and hypocritical.

    As punishment make him play against San marino and then ban him for the Poland game.

    Didn’t Wayne Rooney get a two match ban – including an FA Cup SF – for swearing into a camera? Now, Ashley Cole swears directly at the governing body using a different medium and gets basically zero punishment.

    Makes no sense.
