John Terry Out of Ukraine Match And Could Miss QPR Return: The Nightly EPL

John Terry Out of Ukraine Match And Could Miss QPR Return: The Nightly EPL

John Terry picked up an injury in England’s match against Moldova on Friday night, and will miss Tuesday’s World Cup qualifier against Ukraine at Wembley. While England will be able to cope without Terry, it also means that the Chelsea captain may miss Saturday’s match between QPR and Chelsea. If he does miss it, it’ll be a blessing in disguise so we won’t have to read all of those ridiculous articles about whether Anton Ferdinand and John Terry will shake hands, or not. Phew!

Here are today’s Premier League/England news related headlines:

The Nightly EPL is tomorrow’s news today. It’s often tomorrow morning’s British newspaper headlines that are published the night before. We do all the work for you, combing the Internet and aggregating the news for you. Read The Nightly EPL on EPL Talk every night before bed, so you can stay on top of all the news that matters.

As I put in my post… one of the problems with the international break is the injury factor.

If I were a manager I would be pretty ticked off to have a star player pick up an injury playing for somebody else. It’s pretty ridiculous, in my opinion.

  2. jtm371 says:

when in the hell is the FA going to rule on the Terry issue do they think if they don’t do anything it is going to go away what a joke.

  3. BA14 says:

    This is good news right?
