Swansea City Home Shirt for 2012-13 Season From Adidas [PHOTO]

Swansea City will be celebrating their 100 year anniversary next season with a brand new home kit, a centenary crest and a new trim color.

Instead of their traditional white and black kit, Swansea will be wearing white with gold trim next year, to celebrate their 100th year. The Welsh club was founded in 1912.

The new Swansea crest (pictured below) is a completely different design than the current one, and will certainly make the shirt a collector’s item. Designed and manufactured by Adidas, the new Swansea shirt is simple but elegant, remaining true to adidas’s principles with the three lines down the sleeves. Plus, the gold color is a touch of class.

  1. I think it looks great. just think how clean it would look without the 32 Red. i know you need the ad. You have a winner of a kit.i’m sure you have yours already ordered Gaffer.

    1. Love it! Very classy and much better than adidas’s design for the 11-12 Swansea shirt.

The Swans now have a classy home and away kit for next season – their best combo since early 80s or late 70s.

    1. Naoto must be a sad Cardiff fan longing for the days of his club wearing blue instead of red.

  2. This looks almost exactly like the new Chelsea home kit. The only major difference is that it’s white instead of Chelsea blue. I like both kits but I think Adidas may have gotten a bit lazy this time.
