A photo of Everton’s new home shirt for 2012-13 has been leaked on the Internet.

Everton supporters have been waiting patiently for the highly anticipated new design by Nike, who is replacing Le Coq Sportif as the official kit designer and manufacturer for the Merseyside club. As you can see in the above photo, Nike has created a simple design with large white cuffs, a white v-neck collar and the well-known Nike swoosh.

Nike will be producing Everton kits for the next three seasons.

  1. Matt says:

If that really does end up being our home shirt for next year I will not be purchasing it.

  2. Bishopville Red says:

Meh.. Le Coq was improving as their contract rolled on.

  3. RBP says:

Gets very pixelated around the badge and Nike logos, not convinced that’s the real one. I know it’ll be very close but I just don’t think that’s it, really hoping it’s not.

  4. NC says:

Looks like the template for the Arsenal home shirt two seasons ago with v neck instead.

  5. Cole says:

It’s not real. Nike don’t put tags like that on their jerseys. Not to mention there’s no holes on the side of the jersey like they have on all of their jerseys

  6. JN says:

That’s the design of the new home shirt, but it’s been confirmed as an Asian knockoff on the Bluekipper forums. Just looking at the badge and Chang logo you can tell it’s not real.

  7. JD Wahoo says:

Compared to this year’s nice Le Coq home shirt and the tremendous third kit from last year (with the navy-and-cream striped socks), this blah template is a real disappointment.

  8. Sheldon says:

Real or not – Everton need to sort their crest out.

    • Paul says:

Sheldon, thats not the real Everton crest, this shirt is a fake. As mentioned this is an Asian knock off who have tried to copy the real badge but ended up looking like a 4 year old has drawn it. Go on the official website and look at the crest there to see the real one.
The real kit however is similar. It has the white around the neck and on the sleeves but the neck is a slightly different shape. There is a picture doing the rounds of Fellaini in the official photo shoot of the new black away kit and the new home and third kit are accidentally left in the background. The picture is from the official everton tv online channel. Third kit is white and very similar to away kit.

  9. daS says:

whats with nike and sleeve cuffs this year?

  10. shuggie says:

this is fake the new everton top is the same design as Brazils new nike strip

  12. Andy Bill says:

Its not the shirt but it is similar. The collar is blue with a thin white trim and the sleeves are slightly longer. Also the badge is an everton one not the bizarre effort that has been stuck on lol!

  13. Edmund Khoo says:

I certainly hope that this is not the new Everton home jersey for next season. It is plain, the cuffs are way too thick and the club crest looks rather out of shape. Surely Nike can come up with a design which is more innovative, and not a retro look of simplicity. Boring is the word to describe this design, if it is for real.

  14. Tony says:

The actual design is very similar to this but I think this is a knock one as I don’t think that the crest will look like this on the actual shirt.

  15. edward says:

    Nike produces crappiest jerseys, period.

  16. gonzalo says:

i think that lecoq sportif tshirt 2011-12 is better than this one new

  17. Bryan says:

It’s not great but it’s defo not a fake as the badge on the training tops is exactly the same! I prefer the heritage range but i won’t be buying it for myself as i promised once i turned 30 i’d never buy a shirt due to the fact it’s gay! but the kids will have it! I just hope it doesn’t start from 6-8 years like the away one! and this time i hope they have more than 12 kids socks! seeing as lets be honest there the ones that are going to wear the complete kit!
