In gameweek 29 of the Premier League, we now have 10 games left in the Premier League. As Sir Alex Ferguson says, we’re entering ‘squeaky bum time,’ where the matches get harder for all clubs involved. The ones near the bottom are fighting for survival, while the ones are the top are fighting for silverware.

In Premier League action today, we have just two matches (the remainder are spread between Sunday and Wednesday because of this weekend’s FA Cup matches). At 11am ET/3pm GMT, Wigan plays West Brom, while Fulham is at home against Swansea. Suffice to say, out of those two matches, Wigan is the team who is in a must-win situation today.

In the FA Cup, we’re now in the sixth round — just one match away from the semi-finals at Wembley. Everton takes on Sunderland at 8:45am ET in a match where both sides would love to get a win, to get a step closer to a trophy. Then, in the late kick-off, Tottenham plays Bolton at 1:30pm ET. You would imagine that this will be an easy win for Spurs, but based on their performances in recent weeks, Bolton might be in with a chance today.
