Bolton Wanderers against QPR kicks off the action today in a relegation battle near the bottom of the Premier League. Djibril Cisse, the brilliant striker for Queens Park Rangers, should make his return to the team. He’s certainly one who can add a spark to this game.

At 10am ET/3pm UK time, we have four matches to choose from. Chelsea against Stoke should feature the return of Ashley Cole and John Terry to the Blues against an opponent who is never an easy team to beat. Can Fernando Torres break his drought and score for the first time in 24 hours of action?

In the other matches, Sunderland takes on Liverpool at the Stadium of Light. There won’t be any beach balls helping Sunderland, but they won’t need the help under a Martin O’Neill side that’s only five points behind Liverpool in the table. The Reds will be hoping to start scoring more from the opportunities that they create in front of goal.

Up until a few weeks ago, Aston Villa against Fulham would have been a relegation battle, but Fulham has pushed themselves into mid-table safety. Villa has to be careful not to lose at home so they don’t fall closer to the bottom five.

Speaking of relegation battles, Wolves against Blackburn will give us an excellent opportunity to see what Terry Connor’s side is made of, at home, against Steve Kean’s Rovers squad. This one should be an entertaining affair to watch with a lot of end-to-end action after the first goal goes in.

The late kick-off today is Everton against Tottenham from Goodison Park. With Arsenal and Chelsea back to their winning ways, Tottenham will need three points here to solidify their third place in the table.
