8:34am: Middlesbrough have turned down a £6 million bid from Bolton Wanderers for Australian star Rhys Williams.
8:35am: Arsenal midfielder Andrei Arshavin has opened talks with Russian club Anzi Makhachkala over a possible return to his homeland.
8:35am: Birmingham City have made an enquiry to sign Swansea forward Stephen Dobbie.
8:35am: AC Milan have reopened negotiations over a dramatic late swoop for Man City striker Carlos Tevez.
8:36am: Bobby Zamora’s move from Fulham to QPR hits hitch over salary demand.
8:37am: Striker Andy Keogh has joined Millwall from Wolves for an undisclosed fee
8:37am: Swansea are poised to sign Peterborough defender Ryan Bennett.
8:38am: Wayne Bridge set for Sunderland medical.
8:39am: Chelsea have completed the signing of the highly rated midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from Genk. De Bruyne will go back to Genk and will join Chelsea’s squad in the summer.

8:40am: Blackburn Rovers have completed the signing of Martin Olsson’s twin brother Marcus.
8:40am: Bolton skipper Kevin Davies is poised to agree a new contract at the Reebok, snubbing a move to Sunderland.
8:40am: Manchester City are in talks over a deal for Roma’s David Pizarro.
8:47am: Watford has accepted a bid from Wigan Athletic for over £2 million for defender Adrian Mariappa.
8:48am: BREAKING NEWS: Sunderland has confirmed the signing of Wayne Bridge on loan from Manchester City. Bridge will be available to play for Sunderland tomorrow.

9:38am: If the deal for Louis Saha goes through for Everton to Spurs, it’ll probably be a 18-month deal according to BBC Sport.
9:39am: Lucas Barrios‘s agent says that the player will stay with Borussia Dortmund for the remainder of the season.
10:02am: Tottenham’s Vedran Corluka is heading to Leverkusen on a loan deal.
10:05am: Everton £500,000 deal with AEK Athens for their Greek defender Kostas Manolas is off.
10:05am: Arsenal‘s Japanese winger Miyaichi has joined Bolton on loan.
10:54am: News from earlier today is that Manchester United is looking to sign Frederic Veseli from Manchester City.
10:56am: Swansea are closing in on a deal for highly-rated Wrexham defender Curtis Obeng.
11:03am: Everton have agreed a deal for Louis Saha to join Tottenham Hotspur, says The Guardian.
11:26am: Very slow day in transfer news today so far. Several deals may happen later in the day. We’ll let you know here if/when anything happens.
11:28am: West Brom has signed Liam Ridgewell from Birmingham City.
11:33am: Deal for Nikica Jelavic still not done by Everton yet. Player has returned to his hotel in hopes that a deal can be sorted today.
11:39am: It’s ridiculous, but the main story from Sky Sports is that presenter Jim White has entered the building. Woohoo.
11:43am: Former Liverpool defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos is on his way to Sunderland to complete a loan move from Wolfsburg.
12:03pm: Bobby Zamora is at QPR’s Loftus Road talking over personal terms for a proposed deal from Fulham.
12:03pm: Djibril Cisse is now with QPR. Deal confirmed, and he could start for QPR in their match tomorrow.
12:11pm: BREAKING NEWS: A deal is almost done for Stuttgart striker Pavel Pogrebnyak to join Fulham for approximately £3 million. Final paperwork being completed.
12:30pm: Watford’s Adrian Mariappa has turned down a move to Wigan Athletic.
12:31pm: BREAKING NEWS: Hugo Rodallega will not be in Wigan’s squad tonight for their match against Tottenham, raising possibility of a move to Spurs or another club.
12:37pm: Work permits have been approved for David Pizarro to Manchester City, and Pavel Pogrebnyak to Fulham.
12:38pm: QPR right back Bradley Orr has signed with Blackburn.
12:47pm: Watford’s Adrian Mariappa is heading to Newcastle United‘s St. James’s Park to finalize a deal.
1:08pm: Louis Saha is in London to discuss final negotiations for a deal to send him to Tottenham Hotspur. In exchange, Steven Pienaar could be returning to Everton.
1:09pm: News from earlier in the day is that Norwich turned down an offer from Rangers for Grant Holt.
1:13pm: Swansea do not expect to sign Peterborough’s Ryan Bennett before the window closes.
1:14pm: Sky Sports scraping the bottom of the barrel now and keep on repeating same stories over and over again, even those that are four hours old. Less than five hours to go in the window (thankfully).
2:02pm: Fulham’s Bobby Zamora is taking his medical before signing a contract with QPR.
2:07pm: West Bromwich Albion has agreed a fee to sign Blackburn’s Keith Andrews. The Rovers footballer is heading to West Brom to discuss personal terms.
2:23pm: Wigan’s Hugo Rodallega will start on the bench for the Latics tonight against Spurs.
4:11pm: QPR agree fee with Fulham for Bobby Zamora after Mark Hughes ties up two and a half year deal for Djibril Cissé.
4:12pm: Chelsea are set to sign teenage striker Patrick Bamford from Nottingham Forest for a fee of around £1.5m
4:12pm: Sunderland complete the signing of defender Sotirios Kyrgiakos on loan from VfL Wolfsburg until the end of the season.
4:13pm: Arsenal have completed the deadline day signing of Borussia Dortmund midfielder Thomas Eisfeld.
5:02pm: Ravel Morrison seals £650,000 move to West Ham from Manchester United.
5:03pm: Everton bolster forward options with £6m deal for Nikica Jelavic, who was paraded at half-time in Everton-Man City match.
5:04pm: Tottenham are in talks with Russian side Lokomotiv Moscow over the sale of striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.

5:24pm: Bolton target Sebastien Le Toux has been traded to Vancouver Whitecaps.
5:24pm: The Daily Mail (which means it may not be true) says that Tottenham’s Roman Pavlyuchenko has signed for Lokomotiv Moscow for £11 million.
5:29pm: Harry Redknapp says that the deal for Louis Saha could be coming to Spurs on a permanent deal, while Sebastian Bassong could be on his way to Wolves.

7:12pm: Surprise, surprise — The Daily Mail was correct, well sort of. Tottenham have confirmed they have reached an agreement for striker Roman Pavlyuchenko to join Lokomotiv Moscow for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £8million.
7:14pm: Everton have now confirmed that they have re-signed midfielder Steven Pienaar on loan from Tottenham until the end of the season.
