Tottenham vs Man City, 2004 FA Cup: Friday Flashback Videos

Without giving too much away, the FA Cup match between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City from 2004 was one of the games of the season that year. For those of you who remember the game, it’s a great walk down memory lane. For those of you who don’t know what happened, it’s an incredible match to watch and you’ll see why when you watch the video.

Joey Barton, who was at Manchester City at the time, got involved and was sent off at half-time. But watch the video to see how that impacted City.

I remember coming home from work that evening and watching the game that had been queued up on my DVR after it had been recorded on Fox Soccer Channel earlier that day. And being completely stunned and exhilarated by what happened.

Every Friday on EPL Talk we feature a video from yesteryear. If you have any suggestions or ideas for future videos that we should feature, please share them in the comments section below.
