AC Milan have been linked with quite a few strikers this summer but one link that seemed to intensify, after his impressive form in the Confederations Cup, was Luis Fabiano . However there seems to be  reports coming out that the deal is dead as an agreement can not be reached over the players valuation.

It is thought that a 14 million Euro bid has been turned down, with Sevilla holding out for closer to their 20 million valuation and with Milan being reluctant to raise their bid for the 28 year old it looks increasingly unlikely that we will see Fabiano pull on an AC Milan shirt.

With the majority of the transfer money still available from the Kaka deal earlier in the summer it is very much expected that their will be more arrivlas at the San Siro however as Milans other potential targets including Adebayor all getting snapped up by other clubs it is not clear who the Italian giants are going to sign.

The Milan support are getting restless as they fear going into next season having not strengthened their team adequately to compensate for the loss of Kaka.

Another name that has bizarrely been linked with a move to the club is Peter Crouch. He is a good player and an England international but I never thought I would see the day that Peter Crouch could potentially be wearing an AC Milan shirt next season.
