Arsenal’s new third kit for the 2009/10 season has been officially unveiled on the Arsenal website.

Designed and manufactured by Nike, the white shirt features redcurrant stripes and a polo collar. Further shirt details include a panel of horizontal stripes at the back of the shirt. Inside the collar is a high quality woven label that reads Arsenal, while engineered in to the side seam is a small red label featuring two Arsenal canons either side of the club motto, ‘Victoria Concordia Crescit,’ which translates as ‘Victory Through Harmony.’

The away shorts are anthracite grey with a redcurrant stripe along the side, a graphic showing an Arsenal canon is on the back of the waistband, while the draw cords feature Arsenal’s name on the tips. The socks are white with vertical redcurrant pinstripes and an anthracite stripe on the top band with Arsenal printed on the calf.

  1. the manager should try and sign a strong defensive midfield.

  2. GUNNERKB15 says:

the new kits are really nice, the blue one is smart n i wud like the white 1 lol, i agree wiv suleiman abubakar we need a new holding midfielder n we shud hav got Melo even if he’s signed a new contract, throw senderos in wiv around £9million n he shud b the answer 2 our problems, but he has discipline trouble, last season in serie A he got 17 yellow cards n 3 Reds, mayb Cana wud do well but i think also denilson n song do okay but need experience

  3. juicy says:

i love the new away kits, but i am guessing that we won’t be wearing them too much during the season. In the league, we will wear the away kit 4 times and the 3rd kit 3 times. So, i don’t think it’s worth spending 40 quid on the 3rd one.
I agree with both of ya. We need a DM desperately…… bring Flamini back. I don’t care we need one!!!
I wish the Benzema and Ribery rumours were true. But they are such bulls***!! It won’t happened. If it did i would run round outside the Emirates in the nude!!!

  4. seth Nwokolo says:

the red stripes in the background still maintains that ‘the gunners’ are still the boys in white and red.I like the 3rd arsenal jersy.

  5. seth Nwokolo says:

Arsenal is going to lift atleast two trophies,I do not know them now but am sure there will be two trophies for the Gunners come next season.

  6. chris says:

I think it loosk pretty good espically the other home and away. I like how they are making it look casual and seems like it may be comfortable to play in. Which personally i would like if i was on the pitch.

  7. wahid says:

i like the arsenal kit but they really need a holding midfielder they should throw senderos in wiv around 9 million. Arsenal is going to lift atleast two trophies.
