Copa Del Rey Scores- Return Leg

The reigning Copa champs are still alive  as they were able to survive a battle that Racing put up in this matchup.  Los Ches were bailed out in extra time by both Vicente and Joaquín; allowing them to move on to the quarterfinals of the tournament.

Barcelona in the meantime seam to have the Midas touch and Atlético fell further into their woes.  Although they missed having Messi and Xavi in their lineup, it was “Boy Wonder”  Bojan Krkic that stepped up and equalized just five minutes after Florent Sinama-Pongolle gave Colchonero fans a reason to believe.  Eidur Gudjohnsen put the game and series away for the blaugrana as they begin the hunt for their 26th Cup.
