We only had 23 votes in our poll of the week due possibly to technical problem. Those who voted were equally split on Juan Toja and Guilermo Barros Schelotto being the biggest impact newcomer to the league who was not a Beckham Rule player. I should have pointed out beforehand that I did not include Maykel Galindo in the poll because he played in USL last season, but I am assuming that the two “someone else” votes may have been for him.
