All Star Starting XI Named

The starting XI for the MLS All Star Team that will take on Celtic FC in Denver on July 19th was named yesterday. The lineup appears to be very potent and I would have to say I am not surprised by anyone named to the squad.
Here are the Starting XI:
G Matt Reis (New England)
D Jonathan Bornstein (Chivas USA)
Michael Parkhurst (New England)
Jimmy Conrad (Kansas City)
DM Shalrie Joseph (New England)
Ricardo Clark (Houston)
CM Christian Gomez (DC United)
AM Dwayne DeRossario (Houston)
Juan Toja (FC Dallas)
F Juan Pablo Angel (Red Bull NY)
Eddie Johnson (Kansas City)

  1. MJ says:

    Dwayne De Rosario, you mean.

  2. Sams Army says:

Both Joseph and DeRossario made it while the overpayed foreigners except Angel did not. It’s time MLS paid perhaps its two best players!
