Today’s all Spanish UEFA Cup Final should be a joy to watch (Fox Soccer Channel, 2:30pm ET). Both Espanyol and Sevilla play a decent brand of football. But my question is, will this be Juande Ramos’s last cup match in charge for Sevilla?

Yesterday, it was reported by The Independent newspaper that Manchester City they were chasing a foreign manager, but were waiting until the season was over. Would City be cunning enough to try to lure Ramos before one of the top clubs (Chelsea, for example) would go for him?

Ramos’s stock is running high right now and a UEFA Cup win under his belt will only give him more leverage in contract negotiations. It’s a wild guess, but what a coup that would be for City if they could get him.
