FC Dallas wins Rio Grande Plate

A shorthanded FC Dallas defeated Tigres on penalty kicks after losing the match 2-0 last night. Dario Sala made a diving save on penalty kick and then converted his own pk for a 5-4 pk win for Dallas in the tie breaker.
